$22 at Barnes & Noble and fantastic quality for a reissue of the price. High quality jacket with poly-lined inner, warm and quiet LP. Love looking at the classic Columbia Six-Eye labels.

ALL TIME best selling jazz album...Miles at his ultimate best..."Kind of Blue" has Miles on the trumpet, Cannonball Adderley on alto sax, John Coltrane on tenor sax, Bill Evans on piano, Paul Chambers bass, and James Cobb on drums...These guys were totally tight and together and the amazing sounds they scored in the studio way back in 1959 are just as fresh and vibrant today as when they were laid down that day...Legacy Columbia rolled this 180 gram LP in 2010 with the original art on front and back...Interesting note about the session is that none of them had any music until they walked into the studio...Miles wanted something done "right then" and was he right and that "right then" became forever jazz...And me so glad...Sidebar: scored this at of all places, Walmart for just a bit over twenty beans...Great jazz, good price, and a super clean sonic playback...A good day for me all around...
I have to concur with the last two reviews; some pretty gnarly distortion throughout Side B as well as towards the end of Side A that isn't easy to ignore. Looks like non-fill, but the surface doesn't look too great even after cleaning. It's not the most egregious I've heard from a record but it does tamper the listening experience. I'm hoping I'll find a better copy later on, but as far as this one goes, not the worst I've heard but it is pretty bad.
Had to return a copy as there was some really bad non-fill at the start. Luckily the record store let me try out the replacement before I left the store. Three copies were bad, which is really unfortunate as they sounded great except for the pressing issue.

Very good sounding press but, mine is not dead quiet, even after a deep cleaning. I have a couple repeated muted pops toward the end of All Blues, as well as minor crackles throughout the record. Still a fun listen as it does sound very good otherwise. I paid $21 at Best Buy, so I'd say it was worth the money.
Great sounding wax, dead silent and flat as a pancake. Dynamic as all hell, buy with confidence.
This review is based on my listening experience using a custom built U-Turn Orbit turntable with a built in Pluto amplifier & a Ortofon 2M Red cartridge paired with Edifier R2000db powered speakers.
I'm not an audiophile by any stretch of the imagination but I'm an aspiring one.
This pressing is pretty damn good, especially considering it isn't a +$35 price point. The sound stage is dead quiet & the dynamics are well rounded.
As for the music itself, what's there to say? It's the most famous jazz record of all time for a reason. A must have for anyone who loves jazz.
This thing sounds unreal. Dead quiet super quality pressing. I cant believe I got this at Target of all places for 20 bucks. If you like the album you just cant go wrong.
Picked this pressing of KOB up a couple of weeks ago. I am so glad I did! The excellent sound quality. The quiet Dead Wax. The overall feel and look of the album is great! Well done K+ and MPO! Very, very, very pleased with my copy! I hope QC is like this on all copies.
Purchased what was sold as the RTI version of this, which is also180g and issued in 2010. However, the deadwax makes it clear that I ended up with the MPO version, and I'm plenty happy with it. Some of the comments about the RTI version are less than stellar (although not all -- RTI is no slouch). But the MPO pressing (or at least my copy) has minimal surface noise, no pops or clicks, and a wide-ranging, natural soundstage.
